Nat Amoore on südamlik ja vaimukas Austraalia lastekirjanik, kelle nakatavad naerupahvakud ja energia toovad kõigile naeratuse näole. Sel suvel väisas ta oma Euroopa-reisi raames ka Eestit, külastades 8. juulil Tallinna Südalinna raamatukogu ja 9. juulil Viimsi raamatukogu.
Mõlemas sai talle osaks soe vastuvõtt. Natiga vestles tema teoste tõlkija Hels Kure, kes vestlused ka eesti keelde tõlkis. Arvukal kuulajaskonnal avanes võimalus osa saada Nati muljetest ja jagada enda omi, esitada küsimusi, teha koos temaga foto ja paluda autogrammi. Südalinna raamatukogus esitas kirjanik kuulajatele lausa väikese laulu- ja tantsunumbrigi. Lastetöö peaspetsialisti Merle Tanilsoo eestvedamisel said kõik kuulajad ka ise kohtumisel laulda-tantsida ja aeg lendas nagu linnutiivul.
